Terms & Conditions Update of Nyala Bisnis Services for Individual Customers

During the transition period starting August 1, 2023, your service info in ONe Mobile application will temporarily appear not joined, and will return to the Nyala Bisnis service with the new scheme on August 10, 2023.

Effective August 1, 2023, the Nyala Bisnis Service scheme for individuals will change with the following conditions:

1. Terms of benefit of Free Nyala Bisnis Service Transaction Fee:

Interbank Transfer via ATM/Internet Banking/ONe Mobile OCBC NISP with Online Transfer and LLG/SKN methods.
Interbank Transfer using BI-FAST method via ONe Mobile.
RTGS transfer using One Mobile Internet Banking method.
The above service fee applies if the average combined balance is less than IDR1,000,000 (one million rupiah). Other fees in the form of monthly administration fees and/or fall below fees do not apply to customers with Nyala Bisnis services.
